Audition Pre-Registration
Audition Late Registration
Students may choose to register the day of the event by paying the $15 late registration fee when they arrive for the auditions. Last registration begins at 8:00 am and ends at 10:00 am.
- $10 per audition
- One check or money order per school mailed to Patti Roussel at 612 East Worthey Rd., Gonzales, LA 70737
- Directors e-mail Pre-Registration Form to katie.codina@apsb.org or bring to the November meeting (November 14, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at East Ascension High School)
- Audition conflicts: When submitting your student lists, please be sure to indicate whether there are any conflicts with auditions that we will need to schedule around (ACT, School Sports, etc.). Please be very specific about the time you are requesting for conflicts (ex. early morning, or very late).
- Personal Information Form must be on file at the time of registration. If your school district has it’s own District-Wide Information Release form (PII form, etc.), you may submit a copy of that instead of the LMEA/District IV Form.
